[Linux-cluster] adding/removing lock nodes while cluster running

Hello,

I understand that lock servers cannot be added or removed from the cluster
on the fly. How is this done? It seems like it would be important to be
able to do this in case of a failure (I know also about RLM). Is it a
matter of taking CCA device and the bringing the cluster back online?
