Someone is trying to use LVBs and doesn't have the lock[s] in the correct state to do so. This shouldn't ever happen. (we have seen this before, but I'm not remembering the conditions that caused it.) With LVBs not working, gfs cannot cache any info there. (or the info is wrong) This will affect df, quota, and posix range locks (on 5.2.* and 6.0.*) df and quota will be off, posix locks will probably panic.
