[Linux-cluster] ccsd and mounting gfs errors

quorate == majority  -- generally, (# of Nodes+1)/2

Try this on all your cluster nodes:
1. modprobe cman
2. ccsd
3. cman_tool join -c <cluster name>

before bring up any other subsystems, do
4. cat /proc/cluster/status

Total_votes should be >= Quorum
