[Linux-cluster] How to set up lock_gulm with RHEL4 branch?

The docms I'm finding for lock GULM all appear to be for the older style 
cluster.ccs config file, versus the new /etc/cluster/cluster.conf. Anyone 
have a pointer on how to configure cluster.conf for luck_gulm?
