Download the source code from the "cluster" cvs tree.  The API's in the
RHEL4 cvs branch will be slightly different that those in the cvs HEAD
(for RHEL5).  Look at

cluster/cman/lib/libcman.h
cluster/dlm/lib/libdlm.h
cluster/dlm/doc/*
