In RHEL4 you can dump locks from gfs or the dlm:
gfs_tool lockdump <mountpoint>
echo "lockspace name" >> /proc/cluster/dlm_locks
cat /proc/cluster/dlm_locks
The number in type 2 locks is the inode number.
