[Linux-cluster] Conga Error: "... reports its cluster version is rhel4 and we expect rhel5"

Ciao,
I set expected_votes="3" (I thought this was the minimum number of votes
required to make the cluster working...), but the message is always the
same:
ccsd[326]: Cluster is not quorate. Refusing connection.
Should the quorum be reset somehow?
