In HEAD, yes.

If you're not running HEAD...

clusvcadm -d <service>
rg_test test /etc/cluster/cluster.conf start service <service>
[do maintenance here]
rg_test test /etc/cluster/cluster.conf stop service <service>
clusvcadm -e <service>
