[Linux-cluster] quota and noatime configurations

Hi,

Even I have  ' options="noatime,quota=off" '  in my cluster.conf file,
I see [gfs2_quotad] running and

I can not see quota in mtab file
/dev/mapper/vg_bbn-lv_aas /my/home gfs2
rw,noatime,hostdata=jid=0:id=196610:first=1
0 0

is this normal?
