GFS requires fencing (even if DRBD doesn't).

I wrote a howto here to make GFS/DRBD work:

The examples have power-based fencing where we shut the node off and
report to DRBD that "external STONITH succeeded".

You could roll your own peer-outdater script if you wanted.
