This is a bug in the fence package until RHEL4.6 should be fixed in
RHEL4.7 ( only if you do a fresh install )

this is indeed a bug and got fixed in 4.7. If you do an update, the
setting does not get changed, so if it is already set on by the bug, it
will stay that way.

Ahh, yes. If you don't intend to use SCSI-3 reservations, you definitely
need to turn off scsi_reserve.
