hi, first, a big thanks to Bob Peterson and Ben Turner: the "devel" edition of fsck.gfs2 ended normally where the 5.5 current version didn't; and after installing new WTI power switch and reconfiguring the cluster, all my gfs2 shares are now visible across the network. and to all who responded, thank you as well. seasons greetings! yvette hirth
