[Linux-cluster] cluster.conf not being propagated to all nodes

Hi,
I got the same error when i modify the configuration with luci and one node
was down. In a two node cluster you can copy the correct
/etc/cluster/cluster.conf file to the failed node. Start the cluster
services and it will normally work.
