[linux-lvm] lvm-viewer & lv optimization

Sorry if this has already been answered but has 0.2 been stabilized?  The 
website still shows it as highly unstable.  Also does anyone else have 0.1 
creating tons of defunct processes?

Has anyone seen/done any work on an lv defragmenter ie migrating a 
next-free to a contiguous lv and/or removing pv holes from between lv's?
