[linux-lvm] multipath works; lvm on multipath does not

Hi Brian,

which of these are your LVM volumes ?

Perusal of "dmsetup table" shows you do not have your LVM volumes on top
of multipath devices. (I an elaborate on it once I get your answer for
the question above)
