[linux-lvm] [PATCH 5/6] python-lvm: configure.in changes

Add --enable-python-bindings configure option (should really depend some-
how on --enable-applib?)

Export PYTHON_BINDINGS variable

Parse liblvm/python/Makefile.in into Makefile
