Me and Jaldhar has already explained it. However, lets see it again:

1. License is fine.
2. There is no text mentioning copyright anywhere in tarball. The
upstream page also doesn't mention about it.

Yes, we can see it. But its confusing.

Is it not developed and maintain by RH now? No copyright of RH after 2003?
