Pravin,

One character in Lohit Malayalam needs to have its glyph changed. It is
0D3A Malayalam Letter TTTA ഺ. The Unicode 6.0 chart had a wrong glyph for
this which looks like Tamil டி, and the glyph has now been corrected to
look like Grantha TTA. See the current Unicode 6.1 chart:
