[lvm-devel] [PATCH 11/14] Rework the toollib interface (process_each_*) on top of new vg_read.

  * Rework the toollib interface (process_each_*) on top of new vg_read.
  
  Since this makes an incompatible change to the interface of process_each_*
  functions, all of these need to go in at once.
