	Fix rpmlint in clvmd initscript
	
	Added missing LSB stanza lines.
	Added reload capability.
	Remaining warning (incoherent-init-script-name) is not relevant.

   Remove /dev/vgname/lvname symlink automatically if LV is no longer visible.
   Rename internal vorigin LV to match visible LV.
