colocation facilitates in the region "continues to be strong as
companies look to partner and preserve cash flow," adding "the
region's financial service industry continues to be the area's
biggest user, followed by pharmaceutical, medical and telecom
companies."

Jonathan Atkin, Managing Director, RBC Capital Markets
Jonathan Atkin is a Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets and has
been a senior analyst at the company since 2000. His focus areas
include telecom services, telecom infrastructure, wireless,
satellite, Internet, hosting and colocation providers. During
2008-2010, the Financial Times has ranked Jonathan as the No. 1 and
No. 3 stock pickers in the telecom and wireless services sectors.
Previously, he held equity research positions with Alex.Brown,
Toronto Dominion and Ferris Baker Watts, covering wireless, wireline
and Internet service providers.

Christopher Trapp, Vice President, Acquisitions & Leasing, Sabey Data
Center Properties
Chris Trapp became Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing with the
completion of Sabey's partnership with National Real Estate Advisors
("NREA") and the inception of Sabey Datacenter Properties in January
2010. Prior to joining Sabey Data Centers, Mr. Trapp was the Managing
Director of Treeline Holdings, a development firm founded by him and
specializing in technology-related real estate. At Treeline he led
the acquisition strategy and was responsible for raising all
project-level equity and debt while overseeing the technical
operations and leasing activities of its data center projects,
including the Blue Ridge Data Center, a 20MW turnkey data center he
financed, developed and sold in early 2010.With his real estate
finance, acquisition, leasing and development, and construction
management experience Mr. Trapp is responsible for Sabey Data
Center's acquisition strategy, as well as the lease-up of its
national data center portfolio.

Eric Shepcaro, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Telx
Eric Shepcaro is responsible for leading and directing the strategy,
growth and operations of the company. He joined Telx® with over 25
years of experience working in the network/IT industries in both
public and startup companies. Most recently he worked for AT&T, where
he served as senior vice president of Business Development and
Emerging Services and chaired AT&T's Emerging Technology Customer
Board. He has also held executive positions at Netelligence
Technologies, Digital Island, which was sold to Cable & Wireless, and
Sprint. Shepcaro holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA. He is a
frequent speaker at leading industry events and has published several
papers.

Jim F. Kerrigan, Executive Vice President, Grubb & Ellis Company
Jim joined Grubb & Ellis in August 2008 after spending nearly 14
years as a principal at The Staubach Company. Jim has earned the
reputation as being one of the leading data center experts in the
country. His understanding of both real estate and IT ensure a
successful data center strategy. Jim has completed more than 2
million square feet of transactions during the last three years,
representing companies such as Equinix, DuPont Fabros, Fidelity
Information Services and Savvis, among others. Jim has also been
involved in over $200 million of equity transactions helping data
center developers fund their projects. He believes that one of the
most important aspects of helping his clients is a proactive approach
to their expansion needs.

Tim Huffman, Executive Vice President, Global Director | Technology
Solutions Group, Colliers International
Tim is Executive Vice President and Global Director of Colliers'
Technology Solutions Group. He has deep experience in structuring
complex data center and technology solutions involving large blocks
of space and power. Tim is also an expert in Cloud and Managed
Services solutions. He is a skilled leader and negotiator
collaborating with business, operational, technical and real estate
teams to craft strategies and contracts that empower IT to meet
business needs. Tim leads a global team of real-estate brokers that
focus on the technology and data center needs of Colliers' clients
around the world.

Sumner Putnam, Leasing Associate, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
Mr. Putnam joined Jones Lang LaSalle in June of 2007 as a Leasing
Associate, and specializes in office leasing representing both
tenants and landlords as well as data center environments. Mr. Putnam
is a member of the firms Mission Critical Data Center Practice Group.
