[olpc-software] Gtk theme

Hi,

I checked in some (very) initial work on the gtk theme. It's part of the 
olpc-artwork module on fedoraproject.

Contributors would be totally welcome since it's a lot of work and 
requires graphical skills that I'm somewhat lacking.
