[Open-scap] bugzilla for tracking bugs and features

Hi folks,

I'd like to encourage you to use Red Hat Bugzilla to file new bug reports or 
feature requests. It doesn't matter if you use openscap on Fedora/RedHat 
distro or not. Red Had Bugzilla can work for everyone at this point of 
development. It would be great benefit for the project if we start using it.

It's very simple to file a bug, you only need an account. :)
