[Open-scap] API change

Hi all,

     the last patch "API changed: removed oval_agent_cb_data, renamed register 
function in XCCDF Policy" has changed the open scap API slightly.

1) The function xccdf_policy_model_register_callback has been renamed to 
xccdf_policy_model_register_engine_callback because of existence of function 
xccdf_policy_model_register_output_callback.
2) The structure oval_agent_cb_data has been completely removed.

     This patch also causes to break python bindings in functions mention 
above because of void* parameter. I'm working on fix now, but it can take some 
time - any advice appreciate.
