[Open-scap] XCCDF Evaluation on RHEL 6

Hi-

On a clean install of RHEL 6, using the OVAL and XCCDF XML files from 
[1], running an OpenSCAP XCCDF evaluation of the system results in most 
(30/34) of the tests returning 'unknown'.

Is this due to a misconfiguration on the part of my system or execution 
of the evaluation, or is RHEL 6 support for OpenSCAP merely incomplete?
