[Open-scap] scap-workbench fails to start

Hi John,
I'm sorry for this problem. It's fixed by these commits:
2887676bfc55af25ac6a3ef37b65d0b3a4cbe6ab,
e0eb05c585491ac26201943525b618a927b1f46d
New openscap release with the fix included will be available next week.
