[Open-scap] USGCB 1.0.5.0 SCAP Content not support by current rhel openscap 0.7.2?

Hi Tom,

yes, you are right, openscap-0.7.2 available in RHEL5 supports OVAL 5.7. It's 
because USGCB was finished after openscap-0.7.2.

However, there will be updated openscap package in next RHEL update (5.8). 
OVAL 5.8 will be supported there.
