[Open-scap] help regarding implementation of OVAL probes in python

Hi,

My name is Jacob. I am working at Oracle and involved in supporting 
openscap on Oracle Solaris.
I was wondering if there has been any request to have OVAL probes 
written in python. Has this been discussed
before, if so would appreciate any information on the matter. We would 
like to implement some OVAL probes
in python.
