[Open-scap] inclusion of NIST 800-53 identifiers in .html output

Hello, 

     I have been working with the RHEL SCAP source-code and have noticed that many of the rule definitions include <ref> tags that list the NIST 800-53 identifiers. I need a way to add the contents of these tags to the .html output. Is this currently possible and if not how difficult would it be able to implement this capability?
