Not particularly time-sensitive on any of them; here's the priority I'd say.

* SIGCSE TOS BoF: before April 14, refers to an event from the start of 
March
* POSSCON, maddog: whenever, refers to an event from last week
* POSSCON, david: whenever, refers to an event from last week (I defer 
to Ruth on this one, though)
* diff: whenever
