Ok.  If you are using the 0.95 version of oVirt x86_64 Fedora 9 is good.

If you are building from the source repositories in the 'next' branch, we 
have moved there to Fedora 10.  We're about to release 0.96 of oVirt which 
will require Fedora 10 for the host OS.
