Yes, I guess MTASC upstream isn't active since they decided to switch
to haxe (it's the same upstream people).

Haxe should get into Fedora at some point - see the two review
requests below - and then I'll backport to F-9.  It ships in Debian at
the moment so I guess there is no legal/licensing problem.

I quite like the idea of targeting <canvas/> widgets, which is
well-supported as of Firefox 3 & Safari, and may be partially
supported by an IE plugin:
