This patch is obsolete - Bryan's just posting to show work in progress. 
For the next iteration, the pieces that are to be installed inside the 
appliance for the AOS tools will live in the new ovirt-recipe.git
repository. Once that repo is working, the current ovirt-appliance.git
repo will be patched to use appliance-creator, and we won't need todo
the big renaming - just tweaking build process.
