This patch is in response to my changing the libvirt-qpid package so that
libvirt-qpid does NOT start at any runlevel by default.  This of course,
means that unless the service is explicitly enabled, libvirt-qpid won't
be running..

The change was made to comply with the fedora packaging guidelines.
