[Ovirt-devel] [PATCH server] Fix errors in controller tests.

[Jason Guiditta]

A bunch of controllers were not extending ActionController::TestCase,
and instead were just using the basic test/unit testcase, so we were
not getting some of the rails baked-in stuff.
