[Ovirt-devel] [PATCH node-image] Remove ovirt-pxe and ovirt-flash* wrapper scripts and provide docs in README

running one more build on the patch to fix the pxe dependency, my 
cobbler server decided to not like the repo config files that have 
worked for months and had to build a 32 bit build machine for o-n-i.
