Losing the ability to create the -image and -image-pxe rpms was an
oversight.  It's on my list of things to do to add this functionality
back into ovirt-node.  

In the meantime, creating the pxe-able image can be done by running
livecd-iso-to-pxeboot.  Then you just create a cobbler profile that
points to the location of tftpboot directory created in the livecd call.
If you want it to be consistent with what the -image and -image-pxe rpms
did previously, then you can do all this
under /usr/share/ovirt-node-image.
