There is currently a gap in the ovirt-node code that we don't generate
the ovirt-node-image rpms anymore.  Ideally, the server shouldn't
require this package anymore.  

In the meantime, you can try pulling down the ovirt-node-image
repository and run 
./autogen.sh
make rpms

I don't know for sure if this will work or not, though as I haven't run
it recently.
