[Patternfly] Github Repo for common AngularJS code

All,

In the angular-patternfly project we have on GitHub ( https://github.com/patternfly/angular-patternfly ), we've received a PR where there is a need for a "common"
repository that can hold purely AngularJS related utilities and helpers.

We don't think that angular-patternfly is necessarily the best repository to hold such code. It's unrelated to the combination of PatternFly and AngularJS, as you could use these
utilities within a project that doesn't utilize PatternFly for styling.

But that then raises the question of where such a project should be hosted on GitHub? Is the patternfly organization seen to be a common place for all User Interface related projects
that are intended to be utilized by large numbers of projects? If so, would the patternfly organization be an appropriate place to put an angularjs-util repository?

Any thoughts or comments on an appropriate place to host a common AngularJS framework is appreciated.

Thanks
Ken
