[Patternfly] Support for PatternFly UI components to JBossTools HTML editor palette

Hi Slava,

I've been thinking, since we use github, then you could use rawgit CDN to
consume any file.

For example, patternfly CSS is:

https://cdn.rawgit.com/patternfly/patternfly/master/dist/css/patternfly-additions.min.css
https://cdn.rawgit.com/patternfly/patternfly/master/dist/css/patternfly.min.css

That should help right?
