[Patternfly] Requirements for Table View

+1 to edit in place.  We use this in the RHCI installer today, so whenever
that comes up on the docket, I'm happy to share our experience with it.

Also +1 to pagination getting into the pattern sooner than later, even if
that is just writing up some general guidelines on when it makes sense to
use paging vs. infinite scroll. The question comes up pretty much any time
a table is suggested for a screen.

This may already be part of datatables.net, but being able to resize a
column manually would be a nice addition.
