[Patternfly] Dashboard Card actions area?

+1 I agree this approach makes sense.

Our cards page could use an update since we've added more card variations.
There's a story sitting in the backlog for this (
https://patternfly.atlassian.net/browse/PTNFLY-1503). Just a matter of
getting to it!
