[Patternfly] Request to include flexbox

Hi Soumya,

Patternfly relies on Bootstrap grid system, which is based on floats.

Until we move to bootstrap 4 we will not have a flexbox grid. I'll probably
have more info about when and how this upgrade is going to happen in the
next few days.
