[PatternFly] addressing pficon-remove and pficon-delete redudancy

Hey Fliers,

Currently, our PatternFly font icons include both pficon-remove and
pficon-delete, which both use the trashcan symbol [1]. We are looking to
address this redundancy and improve the visualization for "remove",
designating the trashcan solely for delete.

I'm reaching out here to see if there is anyone that is using
pficon-remove, as seen today, and understand the possible impact of such an
update.
