Same result as before:

[root at telemach3 ~]# arptables -A IN -d 212.29.1.83 -j drop
arptables v0.0.8: Couldn't load target
`drop':/lib/arptables/libarpt_drop.so: cannot open shared object file:
No such file or directory

Try `arptables -h' or 'arptables --help' for more information.

Thanks to arptables_jf maintainer, we have an answer for you...

The commands are case sensitive... Try:

arptables -A IN -d ...
             ^^
