[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 82-2 Fix for the ds connection issue during installation when the ds server has anonymous access set to off #811

Please review the patch attached addressing Ade's comments for path 82.
We agreed on having all ds related operations as separate functions
rather than merging them together.
