ACK for patch #198. Just some minor comments:
1. The get_class() may not be needed anymore.
2. Instead of json_value['KeyData'] should we use json_value.KeyData?
3. SymKeyGenerationRequest.DECRYPT_USAGE is kind of long and limited o 
generation request. Maybe we should have something like 
SymKey.DECRYPT_USAGE?

Still reviewing the other patches.
