[publican-list] does publican have a drop-down menu entry in f11?

[Robert P. J. Day]

  perhaps not the best place to ask this but, after i install publican
on my f11 system, should i expect to see it somewhere under, perhaps,
"applications", maybe under "office"?  or is it not set up to install
a menu entry?
