[publican-list] "make srpm-en-US" fails, "bad date in %changelog"

  not sure if this is a known issue but with a brand new generic book
via "create_book --name Test_Book":

$ make srpm-en-US
...
END: xml-en-US Fri Jul 10 06:34:05 EDT 2009
START: test-en-US Fri Jul 10 06:34:05 EDT 2009

...

$

  i thought that might have been this:
