[publican-list] Porting Publican brands to version 1.0

If you have created your own brand packages to work with earlier 
versions of Publican, you need to port these to work with Publican 1.0, 
because branding in Publican 1.0 is handled somewhat differently from 
how it was done in 0.x.

The brand package for Fedora has already been built for Rawhide and 
F-12, and F-11 (at least) will follow when dependencies are met. Other 
brand packages that are maintained within Red Hat will also follow shortly.
